How does the free trial work?
Seven days with every feature unlocked. You pick monthly or annual up front, and you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
How do I cancel?
If you subscribed in the app, cancel in the App Store or Play Store subscription settings. If you subscribed on the web, cancel from your account page. Either way you keep access until the paid period ends.
Do you give refunds?
Purchases made in the app are refunded by Apple or Google under their policies; we cannot issue those ourselves. Web subscriptions are refunded by us — write to support within 14 days and we will sort it.
What is the difference between web and store billing?
The price is the same. On the web the payment goes through our payment provider and you get invoices on your account page. In the app it goes through Apple or Google, and it is managed in their subscription settings.
Can my team share one account?
One account is one person for now. If you cut for several clients, brand profiles keep a separate preset for each without a second account.
Is there a free tier?
No. There is a seven-day trial with everything unlocked instead, so you can run your own footage through it before you pay.
